Katie is a New Construction Design Specialist with more than two decades of residential experience. Trained in proportion, scale, color, and texture—and seasoned onsite—she balances the poetic and the practical: architectural clarity and natural light on one side; calendar discipline, lead times, and cost stewardship on the other. Builders value her calm leadership, decisive taste, and market fluency. She’ll champion the detail that elevates a room and, just as readily, recommend a smarter alternative when budget or resale calls for it.
